One of the neatest addition to our bathroom recently was adding a shower filter. Installation was super simple and was done with a pair of pliers. We removed the old showerhead and replaced it with the Aquasana filter. The particular one we ordered came with a pulsating massager that can be held static or hand-held for using with kids to rinse their hair, something we found to be a great feature.
