Aquasana AQ-4105 Shower Filter with Hand-Held Massager
September 16th, 2008One of the neatest addition to our bathroom recently was adding a shower filter. Installation was super simple and was done with a pair of pliers. We removed the old showerhead and replaced it with the Aquasana filter. The particular one we ordered came with a pulsating massager that can be held static or hand-held for using with kids to rinse their hair, something we found to be a great feature. We like the pulsating massager action that we get when using it.
With a two-stage filtering process, damaging chlorine is removed from your water and the pH is balanced followed by the removal of harmful VOCs and THMs. Your skin is the largest “organ” on your body and can absorb an incredible amount of chlorine and chemicals. Hey, the way we feel about any chemicals that a filter can remove with initials like that has to be a good thing! Consumer Digest rated the Aquasana Shower Filter “Best Buy” in 2006 and 2007. We got ours through Better Water Store where we also received an additional 5% off by signing up on their free “Water Filter Club”.
